About Mental Fitness

I first came across the term ‘mental fitness’ through my training with Positive Intelligence Inc, and it really struck a chord with me.

Mental fitness is your capacity to respond to life’s challenges with positive emotions rather than negative ones.

Just like you improve your physical fitness by going to the gym, you can learn to strengthen your mental fitness by following simple daily routines. Dealing with life’s challenges is much less stressful when you respond to them calmly, with curiosity and clear thinking rather than being driven by negative emotions.

Developing greater mental fitness means you can perform at your best and feel good more of the time.

Client Testimonials:

I am convinced that I couldn’t have done this without the 1:1 time with you and the sessions we have together as a team so really, thank you.

Tom, Commercial & Proposition Director, Telco

I asked for Kate’s help when I was going through a restructure and my confidence and belief in myself as a leader was a bit shaky. We worked together over 5 1-2-1 sessions where we tackled some negative thought patterns which were getting in my way. I can honestly say Kate has got me to a point where I feel much more confident and happier – both at work and in my personal life. Most importantly, she’s given me a great toolkit I can use on my own to build on the foundations we’ve laid together. Kate is a great motivator and listener, probing in all the right ways, with a down-to-earth sense of humour that made the whole experience so enjoyable.
